Each item is custom-made just for you! It typically takes 2-7 days to fulfill your order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping times depend on your location:

  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • International: 5-15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary based on your location.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a trusted print-on-demand company, Printful, that has fulfillment centers worldwide. Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address for the quickest service.

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

International shipments may incur customs fees, which are determined by the destination country. These fees vary based on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Please be aware that the end recipient is responsible for any customs fees.

For a smoother delivery, we highly recommend including your phone number with your order when shipping internationally. This reduces the risk of lost packages and ensures a more efficient delivery process.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

If your order seems delayed, here’s what you can do:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  2. Visit your local post office to see if they have your package.
  3. Ask your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro Tip: If you won’t be home to receive your delivery, consider using an address where someone will be available to accept it, as package theft is unfortunately on the rise.

How are your products made?

All our products are made to order through Printful, a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand service. Depending on where you are, your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently.

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?

Be sure to include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Product Disclaimers:

  • Sometimes, garments may have a temporary vinegary smell due to the printing process. This odor should dissipate after airing out and going through a wash cycle.
  • You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. These are not stains and will wash out after the first wash. Our products are printed using the latest garment printing technology with eco-friendly, water-based inks.
  • If you receive a product with a mark or residue, please wash it before reporting any issues.
